	Antelope Creek Veterinary Healthcare Center, Lincoln The SBA 504 loan program was used by the owners of Antelope Creek Veterinary Healthcare Center to build a larger facility to better accommodate the demand for their veterinarian services.
	Big Apple Bagels, Columbus Big Apple Bagels used the SBA 504 loan program to remodel their current location to include a drive through. The project also included the purchase of additional equipment.
	Christensen Lumber, Fremont Christensen Lumber utilized the SBA 504 loan program to expand their 13 plus acre business. The project included an addition to an existing building and a drive-thru lumber yard. Additional employment has resulted from the business’s growth.
	DC Centre, Omaha DC Centre used the SBA 504 loan program to construct a 27,000 sq. ft. dance hall and full-service banquet facility. The new facility resulted in additional employment for the metro area.
	Metro Electric Company, Omaha Metro Electric Company utilized the SBA 504 loan program to build a new facility. The Company is an electrical contractor engaged primarily in the construction of commercial and residential buildings.
	Sears, Scottsbluff The owners of the Scottsbluff Sears used the SBA 504 loan program to purchase land and construct an 11,680 sq. ft. building. The new store is located adjacent to the new Super Wal-Mart and Home Depot.
	Harker Cold Storage, Crete Harker Cold Storage is a cold storage warehouse and handling facility. The SBA 504 loan program was utilized to build a 55,000 sq. ft. facility with 43,000 sq. ft. of freezer space.
	Huffman Engineering, Lincoln Huffman Engineering outgrew their previous facility and utilized the SBA 504 loan program to build a new building large enough to accommodate future expected growth.
	Kelly’s Carpet, Omaha Kelly’s Carpet is a full-service flooring company. The owners utilized the SBA 504 loan program to purchase the building they were leasing, make improvements, and to purchase equipment.
	Rosenau Family Dental, York Rosenau Family Dental is owned by a father and son who used the SBA 504 program to join their practices and move into a new location together.
	LaQuinta Inn & Suites, North Platte The owners of the motel utilized the SBA 504 loanrogram to build a 67- proom LaQuinta Inn. The motel is located at the I-80 Newberry exit in North Platte. It is located across the street from a golf course, truck stop, and a Wal-Mart distribution center.
	West Maple Car Wash, Omaha West Maple Car Wash used an SBA 504 loan to purchase 48,000 sp. ft. of land and construct a car wash facility. The facility will allow for exterior washing of vehicles along with vacuum stations for interior cleaning.
