I started with NEDCO in 2013 as a loan assistant before being promoted to loan officer and business development officer. I currently handle 504 loan applications from across the state, and also provide additional support to the ongoing servicing and portfolio management. I can assist Borrowers and Lenders with any questions about 504 financing and I’m happy to schedule in person meetings whenever possible. While each project is different, I try to provide a clear and concise road map to help guide everyone through the application process.
I currently reside in Lincoln with my wife and two children. After graduating High school in Crete I attended Southeast Community College and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln while earning my B.S. in Business & Finance. I began my banking career on the teller line, eventually working my way to become a commercial loan assistant with a seven-year career at Pinnacle Bank. Since starting at NEDCO, I have received authorizations for more than 30 projects totaling over $70 million. These projects have directly led to the creation or retention of more than 350 jobs for Nebraska communities.
